PICK has been our favorite and GO TO place for coffee, frozen Yoghurt, sandwiches, healthy meals and snacks since they opened their first branch in 2011 in Kuwait. When we moved to Riyadh and PICK opened here, it was the best news! They’ve been known for their fresh ingredients, and they take pride in serving wholesome food. Their coffee is amazing, they even sell their own roasted coffee beans. The frozen yoghurt and their toppings are the best, and of course the super delicious, crunchy and mouthwatering pistachio sauce. A must visit for anyone looking for quality and great ambiance. I would like to share my recent experience at your store, as I was unfortunately not treated with the level of respect I would expect as a frequent customer. I visited the store to order a white chocolate ice cream, and I was informed by the staff member called (reygie) that it was not available he didn’t mention that we have it before and now its not . When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was then told that the item does exist but has been removed from the menu. The inconsistency in communication, along with the manner in which it was handled, left me feeling disappointed. Meal type: Other

I absolutely love this location/Branch، when it comes to matcha they do it phenomenally, compared to their other location on king Salman street which don’t know how to make matcha their Matcha taste like shit compared to this location,. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
