Could you familiarize the employees with customer service and advise them on the basic rules of cleanliness? I went to eat quite late, i.e. 17:25. There was only 1 person there. Some of the tables were dirty and she didn't wipe my table or even clean up the previous customer's trash when she brought my order. I didn't say about it, I let him do other things. I concentrated on eating and took my own dishes and trash away with a tray. It was a gloomy atmosphere anyway. Service boring routine at that Picnic. I go there sometimes because the products are ok and it's close to my home, shops and the gym. Customers probably don't have to take the trays or clean the tables. I've traveled in Africa too and I'm pretty big-headed, but Picnic was nauseating. On the other hand, dirtiness is quite common in Helsinki, even in Fazer's cafes.
