I loved my time here. I came around 10:30pm on a Wednesday and sat at the bar. The staff were friendly and kind to me. The steak tacos were really well seasoned and I loved the charcoal flavor. The avocado salad was tasty. They also offered me complimentary snacks and a desert (orange with cinnamon - yum!). Importantly, the ambiance was really pleasing to me. The lighting was warm, the decorations were nice, and the music!!!! I personally get negatively overwhelmed by blaring pop music that so many places have, but Pico played such groovy & calm music that it was actually enjoyable to spend time inside. Man being from Southern California I was enjoying all the Korean food, but stumbled upon this place!! Great owner who really cares about creating a great experience. Drinks and food were great and the view was amazing. Definitely recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
