Wanted to experience again the cluttering sound of the bamboo (nothing fancy, just hammering the bamboo with spoon ) while the delicious bamboo rice was being served so we went once again to Pidoks. We had the whole place almost to ourselves when we arrived that day, until a few more customers came in when we were halfway thru our lunch. It was a bummer that the durian shake wasnt available, it was one of my favorites on their menu. But all our orders were yum yum yum! Servers were with quick, were smiling and I liked that they even told us a little more description of the food we ordered while they served each dish.
