They don’t accept credit cards, while it is expensive, and tell you without manners, and they say there’s is a big sign that says so. And there is, but the sign is inside and impossible to see if you sit in the terrace. Never again, not logical for such a large place to only accept cash. Does the German IRS check this place out? From the market square, going up a small climb, you arrive at the back of the Church of San Pietro and you find a small square with many beautiful outdoor cafés. I recommend Caffè Piemonte for the vast assortment of cakes, the Sacher spectacular, and the cappuccino on par with Italian ones. The guys who run the place are kind and helpful. If you move from the outdoor tables to those inside the restaurant, you feel a leap back 50-60 years, among mirrors, sofas and old-fashioned tables. Advised.
