Online said they open 12:30pm.. we got here and they turned us away and said come back 1:30pm than changed their hours to 1pm. Extremely unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast

$20 COVER CHARGE FOR BRUNCH. PLASTIC UTENSILS. AND A TWO HOUR TABLE LIMIT WHILE PEOPLE WERE STILL WAITING FOR FOOD. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about Pier 73. This place calls itself an “upscale elegant waterfront brunch” even though you can barely even see the water. Meanwhile upstairs: • people were squeezed onto ottomans trying to eat • the AC barely worked on a hot day • food took forever • not everyone got served together • no napkins • no utensils • and staff kept reminding people about the two hour limit while we were STILL eating after waiting forever for food Then the server tells us upstairs only serves margaritas, lemon drops, and beer. If you want actual cocktails, you have to go downstairs yourself. So now brunch comes with field trips? And the DJ? Absolutely butchering every R&B song after six seconds with transitions that sounded like somebody fighting the aux cord. The wild part is the food was actually decent and the decor was nice, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating because the place DOES have potential. But right now Pier 73 feels like a hookah lounge wearing a Zara blazer pretending to be luxury because it went viral on TikTok.
