Check-in is generally carried out in the presence of the Guests, when this does not happen the documents are returned immediately after registration. Our breakfast buffet is notoriously varied and abundant. Rich in cakes and desserts of all kinds, ranging from croissants to typical biscuits, from Modica chocolate to artisanal panettone baked by our pastry chef and there is no shortage of savory dishes with pizzas, omelettes, caprese and much more. Regarding the spa, I would also like to point out that, on the day you took advantage of the 90-minute wellness program, you spent 60 minutes with 3 other couples (8 people in total and not 13) and, in the last half hour you had the space all for you. The 45 minute treatment you chose included a combination of scrub and massage, the fact that 5 minutes benefited the scrub rather than the massage may be a negligible detail, but we understand that once you complain, it's fine do it properly.
