First, EB is a great guy. He genuinely cares for people, not just his customers.
Second, he works hard to make great food. Puts all of himself to make others full.
Lastly, the food is great due to years and years of experience.

I had the smoked salmon and my girlfriend got the pulled pork sandwich. It was lovely! The salmon was light with a ton of flavor, the conversation was easy, and even though it's blazing today, it was pleasant in the shade. We will definitely be coming back soon.

I sat down to have a meal this weekend. I was taken back to my Grandparents home for a moment. I had smoked Salmon with dill sauce and I could not believe how excellent it was. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Ebie and Suzanne are beautiful folks and sitting outside with them to have a nice meal is priceless. PigNduck is a must try.
