We've become regulars at Piikil, and honestly, we come back as often as we can, whether we're sitting down for a full meal or grabbing food to go. The atmosphere is what first won us over: the courtyard is absolutely beautiful, shaded by several large trees that make it feel like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the city. It's the kind of setting that makes you want to linger over your meal. The service has been fantastic every single time, warm and attentive without being intrusive. And the food genuinely delivers, we're not exaggerating when we say Piikil has the best chilaquiles in Merida. Every dish we've tried has been great, but the chilaquiles keep pulling us back. If you're looking for a spot in Merida that combines gorgeous ambiance with truly excellent food and service, Piikil should be at the top of your list. We can't recommend it enough.
