Try good pizza, salads and fried chicken. This pizzeria provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The energetic staff at The Pilot Choice Pizza & More can show how much they appreciate their customers. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. I've tried this location twice since it reopened under new ownership and both times were terrible experinece. The first time I tried this location under new ownership we ordered take out. The service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited for our order for more than 30 minutes when we decided to call the store back and see where our order was. Turns out the order hadn't even been placed! To make the situation even more irritating, the employee tried to make it seem as though it was my fault as to why the order hadn't gone through. At this point my boyfriend and I were hungry so we just went through with it anyways. It wasn't worth it the money spent and we were disappointed, but this was shortly after it reopened so we thought maybe they just needed to get back into their groove. Fast forward about 2 months, we ordered two subs over the phone. The entire time my boyfriend was trying to place his order the employee kept talking over him and correcting him. He had asked what the total was and he was put on hold for what seemed like ever. It was very strange that it had taken this long to get a price for our order since it was only two items and we decided to pick up this time. Once we got home and opened up our subs we were even more disappointed than the last time! Our sandwiches were made incorrectly and the chicken kabob bomb that I had ordered had a strange smell to it and also the chicken had this elastic-like skin on it. Completely unappetizing. When my boyfriend called back to make a complaint, the employee talked over him once again and then tried to say that we had ordered the wrong sandwiches when in actuality we did get the sandwiches we ordered, they just failed to put the correct toppings on them. So much for customer service. They are unorganized, rude, and overpriced. We will not be back.

Stopped in to try a slice in Feb. 2018, new ownership had reopened it. Noticed more help than needed around the pizza oven and it is not the regular pizza oven...it is a conveyor type pizza oven. They cook pizza much differently......regular ovens are way better, I've been in the business, so I know this!  The pizza had been placed on top of the oven to keep it warm, not in a warming case....not good warming it on top of an oven, drys it out. Anyway, I asked the lady at the front for a slice and a younger lady grabbed a piece and brought it up front. The lady at the front asked her if she was going to warm it in the oven first and she said no, it just came out a little while ago. I paid and left. Just looking at it I knew it was not a great product and it was very dry, not good sauce balance with cheese and really, not a good crust/dough. Especially if your warming slices that way. I suspect the product quality is not there and too many cooks spoil the food! Great pizza is not cooked on a conveyor for starters and the product just isn't there......two bites and I tossed it! Anyone that knows the area, knows that there is a large gas station and pizza and sandwich shop up the road near the airport. The slices there are far superior in overall flavor, sauce, cheese and dough, and they have a pizza case warmer. They do use a conveyor oven as well, which they never use to, but their product supplier brings them a better quality product.
