The good staff shows a high level of hospitality at this bar. Nice service is something visitors agree upon here. The quiet atmosphere meets you at Pils Karussell - Karlsruhe. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

We actually always really enjoy coming here and have always felt comfortable. When we went in at 7:30 this morning, there was a new waitress playing billiards. Which isn't actually a problem and doesn't bother us. However, none of us would be asked what we wanted to drink. Only after we said what we wanted did we get something. Sometimes it was the wrong drinks. I wanted to know exactly and waited. Over 3 hours later I still wouldn't be asked and still had nothing to drink. All ausrbrum would be asked several times. Only when the boss came did people ask the general public if anyone else would like anything. An absolute no go. If the same service works again next time we come, we will go straight back. It's a shame, because the rest are very friendly and competent Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
