I've been to Japan 3 times and I missed the taste of Authentic Ramen. I heard about this place from a friend and had to try it. The owner is from Osaka and makes his restaurant feel like a traditional Japanese Ramen Shop. The food is incredible and is the closest thing to authentic Japanese ramen you'll get here in Puebla. I wish this restaurant appeared at the top of Google search when looking for Ramen. Definitely come and try for yourself!

Out of no expectations I found this total hidden spot for great shoyu / miso ramen by a Japanese owner near the pyramid in Cholula - Mole he uses adds some unique flavor to the broth and it is VERY AUTHENTIC. Absolutely worth the visit! ¿Quién pensaría que existe un lugar de ramen real cerca del pirámide en Cholula, Puebla? El dueño japonés aún usa mole poblano en su caldo - definitivamente recomendado まさかのピラミッド近くに日本人オーナーが昨年オープンされたというラーメン屋を発見、もちろん突撃してきました。地産のMoleまで隠し味に使用されているとの事、特に醤油はニンニクのパンチも効いておりこれは美味い！再訪確定です、ごちそうさまでした Price per person: MX$200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
