I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I waited patiently for my name to get called, but it wasn't. After five minutes I asked if I could get my food, but the employee refused to give it to me and pointed at the kitchen even though my food was in clear view. Ten minutes later I got my food and it was obviously cold because it was sitting out. My burger had ingredients that I made sure to not include and the French fry box was nearly empty because they put nothing in it. The burger was also very unevenly cooked, but the only silver lining is the middle was good. Terrible service, mediocre food, long wait, and overpriced. Stick to anything else in the food court. Food quality is terrible. They don't explicitly explain what we get on the burgers so they ended up giving me just a plain cheese burger. And for french fries they gave me the ends so the fries was burnt and crunchy and it was cold. I order cajun french fries and it was poorly seasoned.
