Staff were very unprofessional and judgemental. Could see them talking about myself and my friend from behind the bar. Pointing and looking over at us. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Don’t go there if you’re looking to have a good time or a laugh, they will tell you to be quiet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We dined last night and the experience was amazing. The customer service was exceptional and never rude. Very attentive staff, we stayed back chatting after and there was no pressure to leave or fix the bill, they just kept re filling our water glasses and checking in! The food was immaculate - couldn’t fault it. The tiramisu was insaaaane! Highly recommend ordering even if you think you can’t fit it in after dinner. It’s a little noisy however it’s a small intimate venue so to be expected. Will be back here 100%. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

ORDERED: Beef tartare, ceaser dressing, cured yolk, baby gem ($23.00) Mushroom mezza maniche, truffle, sage, silken tofu (v) ($32.00) Gnocchi cacio e pepe with prosciutto cotto ($35.00) Fries, parmesan, truffle ($16.00) Radicchio salad, orange, fennel, sesame, dijon honey ($15.00) It was $64.01pp which included a drink split in 2. REVIEW: I really liked the Radicchio salad. Something about the zesty sweet orange, the nuttiness from the sesame and the crunchiness of the radicchio was great. I'm not a fennel girl, so I ate around it. Overall, the food was decent at Pinco Italo. The pasta is straightforward. 1. The mushroom mezza maiche felt like it was lacking sauce and a little 'grainy'. There was such a great opportunity to use its ribbed edges to catch a creamier sauce! 2. The prosciutto (cooked prosciutto) in the gnocchi cacio e pepe was decent. The sauce was definitely creamy here! 3. Fries felt like more steak fries - thicker and chewier with a generous shaving of parmesan! 4. Wasn't fan of the beef tartare. It didn't seem cohesive, the ceasar dressing a bit overwhelming for the beef tartare. The atmosphere stands out at Pinco Italo. The crayons to draw on the table made it fun and whimsy, while the jazz playing the background added to vibes. It did get too loud at times, but made it a great excuse to move from sitting opposite each other to next to each other . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–80 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
