Let me start by saying the place is beautiful. The service is extremely slow, everything was a process, had to ask multiple waitresses for drink refills and the dessert came out with no silverware had to ask for that also. The appetizers were ok, nothing special. The burger was large and very filling but over salted. The salmon was kind of bland and fishy. The steak was good but I advise you to order it at a medium rare. This place is not the best place to have dinner but it’s a nice place for a night out for social drinks and a great atmosphere. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

We were really excited to check out Pine Hall, but the experience before we even got inside was enough to make us leave. When we arrived, the line was already out the door, and we were told they were only letting in 10 people every 15 minutes. We waited over an hour, only to watch multiple groups of 8+ people get let in ahead of us while we barely moved. After waiting an hour and a half, we finally gave up and left. The manager at the front couldn’t give us any real answers and seemed to be arguing with the staff upstairs. He even told us the upstairs was only about 30–40% full, which made the situation even more confusing. Since they don’t take reservations, there’s no real system or way to plan your visit. If you’re going to have people waiting that long, there needs to be a fair and organized process. We were really disappointed and unfortunately never even got the chance to try the food or drinks.
