This is a racist and rude gelato shop. I have been coming here from 5 years and the last 2 times, they were so rude. Even speaking Italian and clearly not being a tourist, making faces, comments and just being absolutely discriminatory in how you treat people is unacceptable. I have bought for them for years but will never go back again on principle. You were rude, and even after I voiced it out (in Italian, mind you), only one guy had the decency to apologize who wasn’t even the rude one. I have never left a review like this and I love Roma but I hope you learn to treat people nicely as humans should,

Sono rimasto estremamente deluso dalla mia esperienza presso la Gelateria Ping Pong in Viale Marconi. Non solo il proprietario è stato molto scortese, ma ha anche fatto scherzi volgari sui clienti. Ciò ha creato un'atmosfera sgradevole e poco accogliente. Inoltre, devo esprimere il mio disappunto per il gusto dei gelati offerti. Sia il gusto Tronky, Cioccolato che Pistacchio avevano un forte sapore chimico. Era evidente che fossero utilizzati ingredienti di bassa qualità o additivi artificiali.
