The service is pleasant and the food - a hodgepodge best described as pan Chinese catering to the Western palate - is decent and (mostly) freshly made-to-order.Most importantly, Ping Sheng is actually open around the clock, every day of the week, thus staving off the risk of starvation caused by Nyon restaurants’ very restricted opening hours.
