Ordered beef broccoli,Garlic beef and both our dishes were swimming in watery juice. Thought we found a new place for Chinese food, but food was not good at all !!!!

I usually like this place quite a bit. I had their pork egg foo yung on my latest visit which was not up to their usual quality. It would be nice to see an itemized bill when you get your check as opposed to just a total figure. That way you can compare what you are charged with the price shown on the menu. Felt that the total was high but did not want to question it since I was picking up the check for the table and did not want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. I feel that Ping's Chinese owners are good, honest people but it's always nice to be able to check for a mistake with an itemized bill.
