Normally, my wife and I avoid the north side of Indy. It is crowded and the traffic is horrible. When my office decided to do an outing to Pinheads, I was hesitant. Ultimately, I said I would go and, despite being on the north side, we had a great time! We got there and it was loud, as it was a busy Friday night. Not a deterrent, but loud nonetheless. We found our already reserved lanes and we got our shoes and bowling balls. A server came over and took our food and drink orders - a Flyin' Hawaiian pizza for food and a beer and Old Fashioned as our drinks. The food took a bit to come out, but that was not an issue due to the bowling and camaraderie with friends. When it did, the pizza was pretty good. The Zesty Thai sauce was just the right amount of spicy and the toppings were evenly distributed. My beer was just that, a beer. My wife's Orange Spiced Old Fashioned was pretty good as well. The brown sugar cinnamon syrup came through quite well. The bowling itself was fun as well! Starting at what ever time it was, they gave a bonus to the bowler that gets a strike when an orange pin is in the front. One of my co-workers did just that and got a $5 arcade credit. Fun stuff! Overall, if my office decides to go back there, we may brave the traffic and attend. The place was clean and lively and had a great vibe!

We had an excellent experience at Pinheads in Fishers, and a huge part of that was our server, Alyssa. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and made sure everything came out exactly right the first time. Alyssa checked in at just the right moments, kept drinks filled, and handled our table with a level of professionalism that really stood out even on a busy night. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Service like hers is what turns a good night out into a great one. We’ll definitely be back—and will be asking for Alyssa again if she’s working!

We had a work event here in one of the bowling suites. Wendall was our server and he was FANTASTIC! He was attentive, fun and took great care of us. The food was really good! We had the mixed green salad with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette (the ranch was great!); chicken nachos, and several pizzas. The hot honey, pepperoni and ricotta was by far the biggest hit. It was delicious!! We also had the margherita, dude and the tree hugger. The cookies for dessert were huge and really good! Great service, great atmosphere and great fun!!!
