We visited on April 17. The café has pretty décor. However, we noticed roaches on the floor (one dead and one alive!) which made us uncomfortable to continue eating our meals. We found the prices to be on the higher side. I paid $23 for a sandwich and an iced pink drink. The service was also inconsistent. My friend’s food and drink were delivered 10 minutes before mine was, even though she ordered after me. Finally, agree with other reviewers that the music was very loud with explicit lyrics. This was surprising because there were kids eating there with their families. Hopefully these are early opening issues that will be resolved. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Reagan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your visit on April 17. We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not live up to our standards or the beautiful environment we strive to maintain. Regarding your concern about pests, please accept our deepest apologies. We maintain strict sanitation standards and do not have an internal pest issue. However, we investigated immediately and discovered that outside pests occasionally attempt to crawl in through small gaps under our entryway doors. We are actively sealing all doors and entrances to permanently prevent this from happening. We are also addressing your other points with our team: Service: We are continuously training our staff on ticket timing so tables are served together. Music: We have updated our playlist policies to ensure all music played during family dining hours is strictly clean and kept at an enjoyable volume. Value: We want every guest to feel our food and drinks match the price point, and we are working hard to ensure our service and quality reflect that value. As a new business, your feedback helps us grow. We would love the chance to welcome you back and give us another try.

We tried Pink Rose Cafe and I am HIGHLY disappointed. First off, the music was SO loud we couldn’t even hear each other talk, and it was completely inappropriate for a place where kids are eating. The songs were dropping F-bombs left and right. Yes, I would *love* for my 13-year-old to listen to that (sarcasm). Immediately made the whole experience uncomfortable. We had looked at the menu online beforehand and already knew what we wanted… only to get there and be told they don’t actually have it yet. Then the girl taking our order acted annoyed that we didn’t know what to order after that. Mind you, this was our FIRST time there. Service didn’t get any better. My kids got their food way before I did, and before mine even came out, they were already finished eating. I even asked them to just make mine to-go since we were ready to leave… and she seemed annoyed by that. The waffles were good, I’ll give them that. Everything else? No. The crepes were cold and the bread for my avocado toast was soggy and the fried eggs were rubbery. And the attitude when I asked about making it to-go? Like I was the inconvenience. If I’m going out to eat with my kids, I expect to actually eat WITH them, be able to talk to them, and for the food to at least be decent. This was our first and last time there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Difficult to find parking Kid-friendliness: Not so kid friendly with the type of music that was blaring.
