Visiting this confectionary restaurant with a great view of Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) will be a positive experience for visitors. Offering nicely cooked pies is the hallmark of PinkaBella Cupcakes. Many guests note that cupcakes here are good.

The shop looks cute and I just had to try a cupcake. I'm glad I did. I had the basic chocolate cupcake and I liked how it was packaged into its own container. It was a bit on the high side at $4.50. The cupcake tasted ok, not wow but not dry either. It was definitely way better than any grocery store cupcakes but it was not very memorable either. A decent cupcake in this mall. If you drive, I would recommend driving 15 mins to New York Cupcakes in Crossroads Bellevue.

I hate to write this update. I really loved Pinkabella, but the last two times I went there, the cupcakes were frozen. I had two different flavors each time and both flavors were frozen. You cannot tell by looking, but, when you bite into the cupcake, the cake and icing are cold and stiff. I do not expect Pinkabella to make their cupcakes fresh every day, but they should at least let the cupcakes thaw to room temperature before selling them, especially when each cupcake costs almost $5. Or, the employee should disclose to the customers that the cupcakes have not thawed to room temperature before ringing up the transaction. I won't be returning.

Pinkabella cupcakes came in for us sooooo last minute!! Picked up the cupcakes & was very satisfied with delicious, cute cupcakes for my boyfriends 9 year old birthday party! Thank you to all the employees who made it happen! They were SO YUMMY & we are so appreciative for your help!!
