I don’t know if it’s because this is a new branch but the staff doesn’t seem familiar with their own menu. I required water melon ice tea and the guys didn’t know if they have it in there menu, they said they only have lemon ice tea, until a third guy came from inside and said they do have it. The service is very weak and slow. I had to repeat my order twice. I will give it another chance.. but I had my hopes high. The owners could at least train their staff. Flavor wise, the mango ice cream is nice. Açaí ice cream is okay. And the ice tea is delicious :)
