Yeah yeah yeah ...it was worth the wait darn it!! So utterly delicious ....all of it ! Wisened up after our first try and ordered ahead of time....its like you died and went to fried seafood heaven!!

Life long LBI vacationer and top customer of Pinky Shrimp's Seafood Company. Biggest Fan. Yesterday we took a ride to the Island just to treat ourselves to an order of Pinky's fried shrimp. We ordered take out and when we got home we were so disappointed. Has the recipe changed? The shrimp was missing the signature taste/crunch.... the breading was almost "baked" and dry. Has the recipe changed? And of the dozen we ordered there were 5 pieces that were half a butterfly shrimp.
