I would like to say with regret that I could not find the old taste of Pino Burger, which I have loved since my childhood. After waiting twice as long as a normal service time, the waiter at our table said he had forgotten our order. I regret to say that it is a business that is far from its former level in terms of both taste and service quality. Additionally, the non-serious attitude of the waiter who took care of us was too mediocre and frivolous to represent the Pino brand. I hope Pino will review what basic service training should be required for his staff.
