I went to Pinocchio for the first time in a while because I wanted to eat chewy pasta. I was the third group to enter the store when it opened. However, since several groups who came after me had already taken their orders, I had to call the staff. The lunch salad that was provided never arrived, so I had to ask the staff again. Of course, the pasta comes when the person who came after me has finished eating. He didn't apologize until the very end. The staff are not good at customer service, either because they are inconsiderate or because they are not very polite. The most important thing is the taste, but it's less chewy than before. The pasta also seems to be getting thinner. The cream sauce on the prosciutto pasta was salty. Has the rich bologna become lighter? Desserts that used to be homemade are now commercially made cakes, and the sponge is dry. The cream is too sweet, which is a shame. But it's popular. The seats filled up quickly and there were people waiting to be seated.
