We are literally still waiting in line after 45 minutes. I understand being short staffed, and the people working I’m sure are doing the best they can, but this is effecting our schedule for the day. For a local business to have so much disregard for our time as customers and for the quality of their work environment for employees is very disappointing. There appear to be 2 people working on a Saturday morning. We love coming to support a local business and for the pup cups but this is the 3rd time we’ve come and had a long wait; though, this is by far the longest. Last time I used the restroom and it was not clean. If this were my business I’d personally be attending to issues like these. While the political remarks made on social media accounting for the rise in price are accurate, there also seems to be a lack of accountability being taken for these logistical issues. This is a first world problem, but we’re out of coffee shops. And being treated so poorly by a local business is really disappointing. *update* we finally got our order after a solid 57 minutes in line which we could not leave. Our drink orders were wrong and the food is cold. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Thank you for taking the time to share this. You are right, waiting 57 minutes, receiving incorrect drinks and cold food, and finding the restroom in poor condition is not acceptable. We did experience unexpected staffing issues that morning, but that does not excuse the experience you had or the impact it had on your day. We are addressing what happened with the store team and reviewing how we handle staffing, communication, order accuracy, and cleanliness during unusually busy periods. We truly appreciate that you have continued to support our local business, and we are sorry we let you down. Please contact the store directly and ask for the manager so we can make this right.

Piñon Coffee is one of our go-to locations when we need a quick caffeine fix. The drinks are always good, the customer service is great, and the lobby has a nice relaxing atmosphere. It is a great spot to stop in, grab a drink, catch up on work, or take a quick break during the day. We always appreciate a local coffee shop that offers quality drinks and a welcoming experience. I love this place. But what I don’t like, is one of the workers literally having a breakdown because it got busy. He was loud and kept saying he couldn’t handle how busy it was during the rush. Shaggy, curly, long black hair with a beard and mustache. As someone in customer service, you don’t express how panicked you are, loudly, to everyone in the store. The coffee is amazing. But maybe hire someone who can handle a rush and isn’t just sighing and throwing coffee beans around? Also, don’t allow him to be rude to his coworkers, he’s talking crap about dashers, etc. just wasn’t a good vibe at all Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
