돼지고기 각 부위를 얇게 잘라서 대패처럼 판매하는 식당입니다. 시중의 아주 얇은 대패는 아니고 적절한 두께로 식감과 식사 속도감을 잘 맞추어 먹기 좋게 하였네요. 불판도 주철로 오랬동안 열을 유지하고 얇은 고기에서 많은 기름이 나오지 않아 야채들도 기름지지 않고 잘 구워집니다. 테라스에도 좌석이 있어 춥지 않을 때는 아주 좋은 분위기를 만들어 줍니다. 기름이나 연기가 많이 나지 않아 좋으나 주류가 소주 맥주만 있는데 와인도 같이 판매하거나 콜키지서비스를 해도 좋을 것 같습니다.
