If you happen to be near Mellon Park, you can go to this bar. Savor Italian and Spanish food that will combine many elements of culinary traditions. Pino's Contemporary Italian Restaurant boasts nicely cooked prawns, pasta bolognese and spaghetti carbonara. Many visitors come here to try tasty tiramisu, panna cotta and ice cream. You will be offered good house wine, beer or limoncello. Ordering the delicious espresso is a good choice.
At this place, you can order dishes as a takeout. The success of this spot wouldn't be possible without the cheerful hostess. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are reasonable. You will definitely like the cozy atmosphere and modern decor. The rating of this bar on Facebook is 4.5.

We've eaten many wonderful meals at Pino's over the last few years. It's the perfect place for a classic cocktail or glass of wine, a few small shared plates, and a delicious bowl of pasta. My husband always marvels at how stress-free and pleasant the atmosphere is, and we can both honestly say we've never had an unpleasant or even mediocre visit here. That consistency is a testament to the owners' commitment to every aspect of their restaurant. Pino's is a beloved institution in the east end of Pittsburgh, so I would suggest a reservation if at all possible. Booking via OpenTable is seamless, and they often have numerous same-day slots that become available. If you haven't yet tried it here, I would urge you to make it a priority next time you're in the area!

We came for dinner on a Saturday night with another couple and had a great time. We sat outside under the awning, which was very nice. The restaurant was pretty booked so I recommend making a reservation. Our server Rhiannon was very good - attentive and knew the menu well. Chef Pino also came out to talk with us and explained some of the dishes - very cool! Between the 4 of us we had the garlic Asiago bread, caesar salad, watermelon salad, and bursts caprese to start. Everything was delicious - we ate every bite. For entrees we had the tomato basil pasta, basil cream pasta, and ribeye steak special. The pasta was homemade and the steaks were cooked perfectly. So good! The taxi cab and whiskey smash cocktails were also very good. Overall, I highly recommend Pino's!

Hands down the most delicious Italian food I have ever had outside of Italy! The place is warm, inviting. This staff is excellent. Do not visit Pittsburgh and miss this place!
