Landed directly from Seville to go and eat the real Roman pinsa at Pinsaci tanto. As always, a family atmosphere between one chat and another. We start with the fried foods, between a supplì and a Neapolitan carbonara, and then continue with the pinse, a crouton and a margherita with raw ham, and end with a homemade dessert... panna cotta with berries. What can I say... it's always pleasant to spend an evening with them, and above all to know that directly from Spain they are amazed when they savor the tastes of these pinsas.
