We came from the city of Glazov and weren’t allowed to wear joggers, even though the devil the guard was wearing them himself!!!! Very unpleasant!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disgusting service. We arrived on 6.01 at 19.30, there were 15 tables occupied, no more. 5 waiters could not adequately serve the customers, we waited 40 minutes for tea, 20 minutes for draft beer (out of the promised 5), the shish kebab was brought cold, as well as mulled wine. The waitress could not answer the simplest questions (for example, what kind of wine is the mulled wine). I would have understood all this if seated at full capacity, but less than half the room was occupied, disgusting service, disgusting waiter Anastasia I would also like to add that they placed a salt shaker with two napkins on the table instead of the several provided, not a single toothpick, the empty glasses were never removed before we left (we sat there for 2.5 hours).
