At this restaurant, the recipe of nicely cooked pies is a story that ends up with a really nice meal. Order good fruitcake. The attentive staff meets you at Pipeburger all year round. It was actually not that bad, even though I had low expectations. The burger wasn't bad, and the meat was actually okay. I didn't try the pulled chicken on the burger because that is always bad in Colombian restaurants, and that doesn't match with a burger. This is not a typical Colombian burger. It only had onions, the bun, tomato, and maybe cheese. The sauces were on point, the best thing they have. The bun was trash. I recommend going to Giuseppe's bakery and trying their burger buns (al baño María) o otro tipo que no sea tan seco y arenoso. The fries were soggy, terrible. The salchipapas were soggy, terrible. They didn't taste that bad, but for that price, I wouldn't eat them again. The tables were dirty. I get that it is a food truck, but it needs to be clean. Take out the trash, move the trash can away from the tables so it doesn't smell like dead animals, and clean the bird poop off the tables. Anyways, I wouldn't come back. It needs a lot of improvement, but for a Colombian burger, not that bad. I have never tried an actual Colombian burger that is good. Any good locations? Good bun, perfectly cooked meat, and good-quality meat, que no tenga un millón de salsas para esconderle el bad taste of the meat. Great coleslaw, etc. Muy difícil. Ni en Colombia! Price per person: $20–30

My wife and I were in search of a good burger spot. We stumbled upon Pipe's and finally found what we were looking for. Authentic colombian burgers. He's an amazing person and his food speaks for itself. Definitely our go-to colombian burger spot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
