A hidden gem. The menu is constructed on the day taking your food preferences into account. They keep it a surprise. But do not worry, they have an extremely skilled sommelier who will help you pair the wine within your budget, without anyone knowing he did, not even yourself. The pairing he gave us… simply perfect. Each and every dish was superb, congratulations to the chef. Not only that but the flavours did build up in a crescendo, and then landed you down with the deserts, and petits fours very gently, without trying to blind your tastes buds with overloaded cocoa or sugar lifting an usual flavour, just delicate flavours lifted by a sorbet which quickly subsided. The atmosphere is smart, gently relaxed, think classical modern, or should I say modern classical? Not stuffy, not over crowded, in fact only very few tables. And a decor and a service to match. What makes this place so good, is that the culture of the place permeates throughout and the service is extremely attentive whilst being extremely discreet. This deserves kudos to the team, this is clear team work with every team member trusting each other. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The best Michelin-starred restaurant in Rome. I usually don't write reviews because most places don't leave a lasting impression, but Pipero Roma truly stands out. They manage to reinvent traditional Roman dishes (like carbonara) and Italian classics (risotto, ravioli, and more) in creative and refined ways without losing their authentic essence. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the waitstaff are extremely kind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious dining experience, whether they are Italian or not.
