Such a nice place to have a dinner, view is too good to see from the tallest building. If you have Itau card, it’s really good because there is an offer with Itau bank. I would recommend to book your slot and bring your id because they check ID when you enter the building. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re looking for the most exclusive and elegant dining experience in Montevideo, Piso 40 is truly in a league of its own. From the moment you arrive, you know you’re in for something special—you’ll need to present your ID just to get on the elevator, and a waiter on the top floor has to swipe their card to let you into the restaurant. Once inside, you’re greeted by breathtaking 360° views of the city. From the coastline to the far north, the night view is absolutely stunning—it’s easily one of the best views in all of Montevideo. The wine selection is excellent, and surprisingly well-priced for such a high-end setting. The food comes in generous portions, so be sure to arrive hungry. Every dish is beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. And if you’re still learning Spanish, no worries—some staff speak fluent English and are more than happy to guide you through the experience. This is a place I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a refined, unforgettable dinner in the most prestigious setting Montevideo has to offer.
