The devil pulled me to contact this pizza yesterday. We celebrated a child's birthday, ordered pizza at one o'clock in the afternoon for a specific time at 20:00 at the venue of the event. When at 20:15 there was no pizza, and the children were already finishing the main event, I called the pizzeria. The operator said that the pizza would be delivered in 10-15 minutes and that as an apology they would give me a coupon for another pizza. Why do I need it, I ask???!!! That is, you are trying to involve me in a repeat purchase, but we have not figured this out yet and I have no desire to return to you at the moment They said that the manager would contact me. I honestly waited 10 minutes for the manager to call and started calling the hotline again. The courier, by the way, arrived at 20:40, that is, he was 40 minutes late. Together we tried to get through to the managers - 0 results. Of course, I paid for the pizza and took it away, but only because the children were waiting and were hungry ‍ But, guys, that’s not how they treat customers and you definitely won’t earn loyalty that way. There were no apologies or attempts to make amends, nor a call from the manager. They gave us coupons for pizza. I've been ordering pizza here for two years now and until today everything was great. Apparently a new courier came to work today. He was a little late, which is very unusual for this particular delivery service, and he mixed up the order. Then I called and asked to change the pizza to the one we ordered, they promised to change it within 40 minutes, I’ve been waiting for two hours and writing this review... Management, please keep your brand, I love you for your service and accuracy, but today it’s just a fiasco
