The food at Pista House was very good and served properly. A special thanks to Pawan for his excellent service. He was attentive, polite, and ensured that everything was served on time. This restaurant has earned a great reputation for its food, and overall dining experience, which is why it was disappointing to find the restroom facilities in such poor condition. The toilets were unclean, lacked proper maintenance, and did not reflect the high standards that the restaurant is known for. A clean restroom is an important part of the customer experience, especially in a well-established restaurant. I hope the management gives this issue immediate attention, as improving the hygiene of the restrooms would make the overall experience much more pleasant and consistent with the restaurant’s reputation. Had an amazing experience at Pista House! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the biryani and Starters — full of authentic flavors and served fresh. The ambience was warm, clean, and perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The atmosphere during the evening was lively and enjoyable, making the whole dining experience even better. Mr. Rafiq arranged everything perfectly on time, and all the staff members were extremely polite, attentive, and quick in service. They ensured that everything was comfortable and handled all the guests very professionally with warm smiles and a positive attitude. We celebrated our kids’ birthday there, and the butterscotch flavored cake was absolutely delicious. The entire experience was truly memorable. The arrangements, hospitality, and overall atmosphere made the celebration special and enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommended for family dinners, parties, and birthday celebrations.
