I have no clue how anyone could rate this place less than a 5, period, end story. I travel for work and look forward to coming to Whitby for this food alone. I have tried all the protein options and can say that even if the schwarma isn't up to your "palate standard", you couldn't tell from the fresh toppings and house made fattoush salad. Come on Wednesday to try the Lebanese meatloaf! My go to on other days is the falafel though. The amount of topping is appealing but what I find best about this establishment is the people. The owner is always there, his wife running the register, and his son or the future of the place doing all the food service. He remembers you after your first trip and give generous portions while suggesting what could add to the meal. You'd be crazy to not come here if you're even close to Whitby!

I would give Ten stars if I could! This place rocks! Simply the best pita ever!!! Other pita places leave you wanting more of something. Maybe that's why they always offer combos. This Pita Deli does not need any combo as the pita's are very large and well worth the money spent. Freshness from one end of pita to the other end. I have been going to this place since way back when they first opened and they never disappoint . Jimmy's special hot sauce is VERY special and you need to order wisely when ordering. I ask for medium hot sauce on my Montreal smoked pita and its just right. I am a suicidal wing eater so when you order hot be forewarned it is HOT! I look forward to my next Pita Deli order. I order at least one a week and it never gets boring like most fast food places do. Steve T
