Hello, order 1 dish purchased = 1 dish offered not in accordance with the request made on the deliveroo site, 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting to have it delivered and cold. 3 items received instead of 4 and error in the order amount of €15. Forced to travel to collect his dish and the restaurant manager was not present and refused by telephone to reimburse us or issue a credit. And claimed poor handling via the deliveroo platform which is completely false.
