I had always wanted to stop by this place, and I finally did. Unfortunately, the experience was just okay. We ordered two corn cups (they were alright), two orders of mini pancakes, and a rusa. It was my first time trying a rusa, and I have to say—it was actually good. However, the mini pancakes were disappointing. My kids didn’t finish them because they were too dry and thick, and they didn’t have enough Lechera or Nutella. Once we got home, I had to add more Lechera just to get them to eat them, but even then, they only ate about half. Sadly, the rest ended up in the trash. I could’ve eaten them, but I’m not a fan of pancakes myself. What really hurt the experience was the lack of customer service. The person at the window opened it without even saying hello. I greeted him, but I don’t think he responded. I placed the order anyway. When I received it, I said thank you, but again—not a word. Not even a simple “you’re welcome” or “come again.”. Sadly, based on the poor service, I won’t be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
