A beautiful brewery in a picturesque setting and excellent beer. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. Absolutely disastrous communication from the lady at the bar with the kitchen. We were here on 1.5. and already around 3:30 p.m., absolutely all the food ran out, without the customers being informed about it in any way. Well, in the end it was probably a little different, because the lady from the kitchen was obviously in a hurry to go home, when we saw her already in civilian clothes running to the car that had come to pick her up. Answer: I only now noticed your answer and I have to disabuse you. 1.5. it was monday, the brewery was specially opened until 18:00, you also have it on FB (I looked back), so please clear it up first before you accuse me of rude behavior. I emphasize again that the customer was not informed in any way that the food would run out. The board at the bar is not checked, the staff is not informed. Many people first had a beer upon arrival, then wanted to order food that was no longer available. In particular, we managed the last piece of the crowd, the people behind us nothing. I only give you an incentive to improve! So don't just take it as "hate". Thank you

We are sorry that you chose late Sunday afternoon to visit us. Due to the fact that in May the brewery in Lobč can only operate on weekends, Sunday afternoon is already closing time, the weekend guests are mostly not with us at that time …We are sorry that you chose late Sunday afternoon to visit us. Due to the fact that in May the brewery in Lobč can only operate on weekends, Sunday afternoon is already closing time, the weekend guests are mostly not with us at that time and are heading to their homes, and by 5 pm everything is already washed at our place and really the brewery will close. Therefore, the kitchen closes at 4 p.m., and due to the higher attendance on May Day Sunday, all freshly cooked food and ingredients were actually sold out by that time. Which is logical and fine from our point of view, and it is naive to expect that we should perhaps start cooking for you... The lady from the kitchen, who commutes all the way from Prague, the chef, who commutes all the way from Děčínsk, and other team members are pillars of our company, and without such people, gastronomy in this country would no longer be sustainable. Of course they have every right to catch the last bus and train on Sunday to get home and it's really grossly rude that you feel the need to comment in such a negative way about things you have no idea about.More
