Last night, Saturday 14 December, there were 3 of us at dinner, we ate 3 different pizzas, each tasting the others too. They were all really good. We had 3 beers, 3 desserts, vouchers, a coffee and spent the amount we imagined. The services are the really sore point. Rude, non-empathetic staff, they took away the dishes without saying a word but only pointing at them with a finger, practically saying "without speaking" pass me the plate! They were rushed, they told us to vacate the table because we found out there was a second shift, but we hadn't been told. The room manager unsuitable for the role. All this because it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, maybe. I apologize infinitely, but without wanting to justify myself, but yesterday was a tough evening with a waitress who was new and another who is an intern, so we had some gaps...
