Pizza box was surely a good experience in my opinion , portions are really great along with the taste that was perfect in terms of texture and seasoning. Chicken was well made too. Service was satisfactory and the seats were really comfortable. Definitely worth another try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We recently dined at Pizzabox in Vendôme Mall, and overall the service was good. However, I experienced something concerning while eating the Garlic Knots. While chewing one of the Garlic Knots, I suddenly felt a sharp, hard object in my mouth. I immediately spat it out and found what looked like a small piece of wood, which initially made me think it was part of a broken toothpick. I informed one of the servers, who promptly called the manager. The manager apologized and took the item to investigate. After a few minutes, he returned and explained that it was actually a stem from the oregano used to season the Garlic Knots. I appreciate how the staff responded quickly and professionally to my concern. However, I hope the kitchen can be more careful when preparing this dish to ensure large herb stems or other hard pieces are removed before serving. Although this may have been an oregano stem, it was sharp enough to cause discomfort and could potentially pose a risk, especially for toddlers or young children. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve food preparation and prevent similar incidents in the future.
