I ordered a pizza hoping that I would receive a quality product and I received the complete opposite. A disfigured pizza arrived at my home, delivered by Ifood, all turned over and looking ugly. I contacted Pizzeria César de Sobradinho-DF to report what happened and was directed to speak to Manager Viviane, who simply placed the blame on the outsourced company, which makes the delivery, and apologized, if you bothered to resolve it. the problem and mitigate my loss. Total disrespect towards the consumer who is deceived and leaves it at that, because tomorrow they will deceive others. We pay a lot to have a quality product and in addition to not receiving it as we should, we also experience the negligence of those responsible for the company, which is regrettable. Bad customer experience... I no longer consume it nor recommend it, on the contrary I will comment on my terrible experience.
