Five stars for Leah at PizzaExpress Edinburgh Airport! Airport dining is usually stressful, but Leah completely transformed my pre flight experience with her outstanding service. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and managed to be both fast and calm despite the busy airport rush.My food arrived hot and fresh in record time, and Leah made sure I had everything I needed to get to my gate without feeling rushed. Her warm personality and efficient service are a rare find in an airport terminal. PizzaExpress has a real asset in her,thank you, Leah, for starting my trip on such a high note! The pizza was fine. Not the best crispy base, but not bad either. The service, however, was a bit odd. I was shown to my table, given a menu and told to scan the QR code and order myself. I ordered the pizza but couldn’t find the drinks. So had to order that separately. All a bit odd and inefficient. I’m not sure who it’s designed to help. Them or their customers.
