We are regular Pizza Express diners and never have we experienced such a terrible time at one of your restaurants. The service and food was appalling. We reserved a table for 4pm with our young toddler. After ordering our food, the adult pizza’s arrived at the table, half of them cold. Then came the sides bit by bit, delivered to the table by a young kid who had no idea what any of the sides were when asked These also all arrived to the table stone cold, like they’d been left on the counter for an hour. After asking two members of staff where our child’s pizza was, that then finally arrived. When we complained to our server she advised that she had relayed all of this to the manager. However, at no point did the manager make an appearance to our table to acknowledge the issues or to even apologise. There was no compensation for the terrible food we received. We unfortunately will not return to this restaurant in the future. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Met a friend for a pre Christmas catch up but the speed of service was so fast it felt like we were being rushed through and back out the door. We asked about the festive menu as indicated on the app and physical menu only to be told that it was all there on the main menu which felt dismissive. When we got the bill we were told we hadn’t ordered from the festive menu.the menu that we didn’t know of?!! All very unclear and misleading and then defensive from the waitress which was a shame. Food was ok. Just as you’d expect. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Food was good, service excellent. Regarding the atmosphere, although lovely decorated, we were freezing, it was so cold that we didn't enjoy as much as we could have. Please turn the heating on! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
