My worst experience! Pizza was cold, sweet and sauce packet was ripped apart and oozing out. I had to call 3 times every 15 minutes due to the inability of their communication. My pizza came 2 hours late and the delivery driver asked me for the money and gave no receipt. After this I got a call from them saying I paid 400 taka less when I paid the amount that was asked from me. I am seriously disappointed and I have never seen such horrible service, food and it is extremely frustrating that I paid over 5000 taka for something that was inedible. A Bittersweet Farewell at [PIZZZA EXPRESS] It's tough to write this review without a lump in my throat. I came here a while back in February 2024, not just for the amazing food, but for a final meal with one of my best friends, Tamim bhai. We shared so many laughs and memories over your incredible pizza, rich pasta, and creamy milkshakes. Each bite, from the crispy crust to the perfectly sauced pasta, was a little piece of comfort. And those milkshakes? They were the perfect indulgent end to a stomach-stuffing, yet incredibly special, meal. The atmosphere was just right – cozy enough for deep conversations, but lively enough that we didn't feel like we were having a somber goodbye. [Pizza Express] will always hold a special, bittersweet place in my heart. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for one last, wonderful memory with Tamim bhai.
