We really like the pizzas here. But, the last two times we've stopped for pizza, they didn't have mushrooms. I get that you can run out on a busy evening, but this is twice in a row and it wasn't busy. How do you not have mushrooms at a pizza place? The pizzas are good, but really, you should make sure you have mushrooms. Meal type: Dinner Recommended dishes: Pizza

Tried Pizza Factory in Lotus for the first time today. The combo pizza and make your own canzone were mediocre at best. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar. The dough was very chewy and almost seemed like it was stale. The lady in the phone was kind and helpful, which is the only reason for two stars and not one. I was hopeful for this place because we live close by, but we won't be going back. It's no Whitewater Pizza. Go down the hill to Old Town Pizza for better food. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
