I used to order and eat pizza from here all the time, when a few years ago, EVERYTHING went down hill! During covid I ordered delivery from here so much that I thought I was going to get fat! Then one day, my oder never arrived. I only used their delivery system and not any other. Come to find out, it was delivered to another home. It was so late that they couldn't get me my food but gave me a refund. Then a week later I ordered again with instructions to knock on my door after dropping it off. An hour went by after their delivery time so I went outside and turned the light on, low and behold, my pizza was sitting on my patio table. It had been sitting there or OVER an hour! It was so cold and the cheese was hard. I called the restaurant and they gave me a credit for my next purchase. Some time later i was craving a calzone and called in the order for pick up. I was excited because a coworker said its really good, but when I got it home and took a bite, all I tasted was the bread. I cut it open and it wasn't even HALF filled! And then saw the sauce was dripping out the bottom like water! I dont know why I kept giving this place so many opportunities but I did 1 more time. I ordered a pizza for pickup at 6pm and put the call in at 430pm. When I arrived, they hadn't even started my pie yet! I waited for 45 minutes while they finished others. I do like their pizza but the service is comple garbage now, so there are no more chances for them. Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

“I visited the Pizza Factory hoping for some good food, and while the customer service was okay, the overall experience leaned more towards a bar atmosphere rather than a traditional restaurant. It was a bit loud, and they were out of quite a few items I asked for. I get that it’s a pizza place, but if you’re looking for a quiet dining experience with great food, this might not be the spot. However, if you’re just looking to hang out with friends, grab some drinks, and have decent pizza in a lively setting, this place fits the bill. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50
