Hi there, we’re really sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience, finding a bone in a chicken topping is rare but can happen occasionally depending on how the chicken is prepared and supplied, though we always try to minimise the chance of that happening. We understand how upsetting that must have been given her food worries, and we did send a replacement straight away as well as a cookie as a gesture of goodwill, but we’re sorry the cookie wasn’t baked properly, that shouldn’t have been overlooked.
