We went this location today so when we entered there was kind of doorbell make loud sound still no one came to take order . We were waiting for atleast 10 minutes,There was lady who was working she knew that we were waiting to give an order we call her twice but she didn’t even notice us after i called her again and then she send one guy . The guy was good in taking orders . So some employees don’t know what is customer service they don’t even care if customers come in ,i think they don’t want customers to come or what ? Tried chicken chicken sandwich tonight. It was really good and delivious. Chicken was so good and was freshly made. Highly recommend. Muskan was really good, she greeted really good with a smile. Ever since Pizza Pizza started using a call centre for ordering pizza, service has gone out the window. I just spent 22 minutes on the phone to order two large pizzas. First, the agent didn’t even know what location I was talking about. Then, he couldn’t understand the concept of half and half on a pizza. After putting me on hold for a couple minutes, he seems to have gotten the hang of it. By the time I finished placing the order, I was standing in front of the woman at the pick up location. It genuinely would’ve been quicker for me to walk in and place it deftly with her, as she had to wait a minute or two for the order to come through. Certain things shouldn’t be centralized and the concept of a central pizza ordering call centre seems eerily dystopian. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
