I had a disappointing experience at what I believe is the worst restaurant in Basrah City. The food took a really long time to arrive, and when it did, the portion sizes were surprisingly small. For instance, I ordered two large pizzas, but they were only big enough to be considered medium. Additionally, I ordered both a Margherita pizza and a Margherita pepperoni pizza, but instead, I received a chicken pizza and a chicken sausage pizza. The food was tasteless. I decided to file a complaint with Talabaty, and to their credit, they handled it professionally. They contacted the restaurant on my behalf and kept me updated on their response. They even promised to compensate me for the experience. However, I found it amusing that the restaurant's reply was that they had sent me a more expensive option instead.
